The H16A comes with the MDL laser barcode scanner, with capabilities of about 100 scans per second. It also features Opticon’s very own MDI CMOS Imager, which uses a 1.3 mega pixel imager for reading two-dimensional barcodes with the greatest accuracy.

The H16 has the option of 3 different modes of communication, including Bluetooth, an 802.1b/g WiFi adapter, and a quad band EDGE/GPRS/GSM network capability, making it an awesome data collector as well as communicator.

It also features a slide-out QWERTY keypad, making it surprisingly simple to type out those long text messages.
Take the functionality of your business dealings to a new level with this wonderful phone. It’s advanced features provide the user with a great experience and support. Its sleek and amazing design and style is sure to take your breath away. The Opticon H16 is definitely a must have for businessmen.

The H19 smartphone from Opticon is a truly innovative mobile data collection unit, on top of being a wonderful phone. The H19 received AT&T’s Wireless Enterprise Fast-Pitch Platinum Award in 2008 for the Best New Network Compatible Device. Operating on the new Windows Mobile 6.0 platform, the H19 is also a barcode scanner.

One could even call it a mobile workstation. As is the case with the H16, the H19 features two different barcode scanning technologies. The H19A features MDL laser technology with a scan rate of over 100 scans per second, and the H19B features Opticon’s MDI CMOS Imager, with a 1.3 Mega-pixel scanning resolution for two dimensional barcodes.

The H19 features two barcode scanning options based from Opticon’s powerful laser scan engines and imagers. The H19A features the MDL laser barcode scanner – Opticon’s 100 scan per second crown jewel. The H19B features Opticon’s MDI CMOS imager, bringing 1.3 mega-pixel resolutions for reading all two-dimensional barcodes.

The H19 has multiple communication network capabilities.

The Bluetooth capabilities allow it to function alongside blue tooth printers, headsets and other peripherals. It also has an inbuilt 802.11 b/g WiFi adapter. To top it off, the quad-band EDGE/GSM/GPRS capabilities enable users to use the H19 wherever in the world they travel.
The H19 is fully loaded with 64Mb ram and a massive 512Mb Flash ROM, expandable with the help of the MiniSD port. Like adding icing to the cake, the H19 also acts as an integrated GPS device, with a SIRF Star III chip.

The Opticon H19 smartphone combines state-of-the-art bar-coding technology and extreme hardware with the latest Windows Mobile Platform to deliver amazing performance for the Hi-Tech businessman, proving to all that it is indeed a smartphone.
