Hewlett Packard Pavilion dv2: Ultra-thin Entertainment Notebook

The Hewlett Packard Pavillion dv2 is a 12 inch notebook PC that has been manufactured by HP and is an ultra portable device. The processor that has been used in it is the AMD Athlon 1.6 GHz Neo processor MV-40 which is considered to be very prolific. The notebook PC is capable of handling Blu-ray movies producing a resolution of 1080 pixels and also supports all sorts of video games. The RAM used in the notebook PC is the 4GB PC2-6400 DDR2 RAM with the operating system being the Vista Home Premium 64bit from Microsoft. The OS is completed with the service-pack 1 facility.

The 12 inch monitor is powered with WXGA high definition and produces a net resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The HP Pavilion dv2’s hard drive is a 320GB 5400 RPM device which houses enough space to store a plethora of data. Graphics is taken care of by the ATI mobility HD 3410 graphics card and the 5-in-1 card reader gives the user space to use as many types of data cards as possible with 5 at a time. The battery used in the HP Pavilion dv2 is the 6-cell Lithium Ion battery which ensures durability and helps you use the laptops for hours at a stretch.

The dimensions of the notebook PC are 11.5 inches x 9.45 inches x 0.93 inches. It weighs around 3.95 pounds and is very light and easy to carry around. The ‘Yukon’ platform on which the laptop has been designed is tremendous and offers a very good interface. The laptop is affordably priced and offers a lot of options. Use it and see the difference.
