The Compaq Presario C733TU Laptop

Powered with the latest and the most advanced components, Compaq has again released a spectacular laptop from its pipeline. This gadget not only offers a marvelous performance, it also comes with an incredible performance. It is truly an amalgamation of features and fashion.

The unit is equipped with an Intel Celeron-M 540 processor working with a speed of 1.86 gigahertz. After the processor, the next most important component is the Intel 960GL Express chipset (Motherboard). Compaq Presario C733TU opts for a Windows operating system instead of a Linux one. The laptop also contains an 80 GB SATA HDD hard disk meant for storing information, items, files and folders. The speed of the computer is backed up by 512 MB of RAM. This amount of man is actually at the very lower end of the spectrum, and, except for entry-level laptops like the Acer Aspire ONE A150 BB, most laptops today have at least twice as much RAM. The laptop’s SUPERMULTI LIGHTSCRIBE DVDRW undertakes the responsibility of writing both DVDs and CDs. A user can work delightfully on the 15.4 inch LCD screen, which offers an excellent overview. Moreover, due to the Presario’s integrated graphics card, the on-screen graphics will appear also appear natural and vibrant. The unit is manufactured with Altec Lansing Stereo Speakers, which are meant to deliver ground breaking bass rich sound quality. The notebook also includes 2 USB 2.0 ports, a 4-in-1 Digital Media Reader, a touchpad, S-Video TV Output and, lastly, a IEEE 1394 port.

  1. I have been using the C733 TU for almost two years now. This notebook delivers a very good value for money. The Altec Lansing speakers deliver great sound. Everything is good apart from the built-in RAM and HDD. But again one can always upgrade the RAM or HDD. Overall, it is a good lower-end notebook.
