The LG KT610 Smartphone
By Jenny • Sep 5th, 2008 • Category: Features, Smartphone NewsLG says life’s good and life is surely good with some of LG’s smartphones. LG mobile phones offer a great example of what to do correctly when making a smartphone. The LGKT610 is one such smartphone that stands out from the crowd.
The mobile phone is designed to steal hearts with its classy, black royal complexion. LG is known for creating mobile phones with style, as evidenced by the company’s ‘Prada’ LG KE850 mobile, and this mobile is quite the attention getter as well. The LGKT610 is a third generation smartphone, so a user can proudly use both 2G (GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900) and 3G (HSDPA 2100) networks. Its flap not only adds to the mobile’s style, but also to its capabilities.
A user can enjoy two distinct views with this tremendous device as it includes two different display screens (one inside and one outside of the unit). The inner display delivers 2.4 inches of view with a clarity of 320 x 240 pixels, while the external screen is merely 1.4 inches. As a smartphone it is obviously compatible with polyphonic and downloadable MP3 ringtones.
A mobile phone doesn’t become a smartphone until and unless it includes some smart and advanced features. Fortunately the LGKT610 does include these features with microSD (transflash) extendable memory of up to 8GB, and with Symbian v9.2 OS as its operating system. Bluetooth support for wirelessly transferring data and files is also included. Despite being a somewhat lesser known model, the KT60 can still evidently compete with most heavyweight smartphones currently on the market today.
