HP proudly announces its latest laptop for those professionals who want to improve their efficiency and productivity. This brand new device is known as the HP Pavilion DV6516TX.

Let’s check out some of its basic characteristics. The HP Pavilion DV6516TX incorporates an Intel Core 2 Duo T5250 processor with an excellent speed of 1.5 GHz. The latest low cost MiLeap V by HCL

The latest edition to the MiLeap series by HCL is the MiLeap V notebook PC, currently going for around £400. It uses the latest Microsoft operating system, Vista Home Premium. The laptop has also been preloaded with Microsoft Works and anti-virus from Kasperksy. The WiFi network installed on the PC is detected through the WPA and quite strong for an ultra mobile PC.

The hardware specifications for the latest product marketed by HCL are given below:

800 MHz Intel A110 processor which is ultra mobile along with an L2 cache with a space of 512 KB.
. 1024 MB DDR2 SDRAM
. A 2.5 inch SATA hard disk with a storage space of 80 GB and a transfer rate of 5200 rpm.
. 7-inch touch screen (WVGA LED) which supports a resolution of 1024X600 which is further empowered by 16.7 million colours.

. Wireless LAN connection with Bluetooth facility.

The notebook PC has such a small size that one gets amazed when seeing it for the first time. The exterior body made of sparkling plastic only adds to the favourable first impression. The 7 inch LED screen with touch support is sharp and bright and has a resolution of 1024X600. The internal speakers in the notebook PC ensure the flow of some smooth sound. The 80 GB space in the HDD offers plenty of storage area. Overall the MiLeap represents a nice effort by HCL to compete with popular UMPCs, such as the HTC X9500 or the Samsung Q1B Ultra. However, only time will tell us if the company’s efforts have been successful.
