  1. I merely wished to see some more details of the specification of my new Mobile Phone, as I do not seem to be able to Top-up, as the phone states Connection Host insecure. I cannot get the Favourites to Connect, the unit keeps saying Connection failed. The screen asked me to imput a I.P. Number, but I do not have this specified in the Handbook issued, and lastly the screen prompt asked me to reconnect to a network and then try again. I wanted to see what all this means.

Ideally, all i want is my New Phone to Connect with my Laptop so as to upload Photos+ Download Files, Information & Audio Multimedia onto a SD Minicard. I would like the two to share info reguarding Contract details and Multimedia files.
But I could not find any relevant information on the website prompt given to me in my purpose built 3Suite. Have i got a problem or am I going in the right direction. Thank you very much for reading this. My total package has cost $600.

  2. I need more information. Is it possible to just use a head phone with my computer? Your advertisement picture shows a girl using a head phone.
