Samsung SGH i900 8GB

Released in Germany, the Samsung SGH i900 8GB mobile is priced at €649. According to the company, this device will be made available with all four providers namely o2, Vodafone, E-Plus and T-Mobile.

This mobile has many interesting features. It runs on the Windows 6.1 Professional featuring the advanced quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE. It also features the single band UMTS/HSDPA. Other functional features include the FM radio, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS receiver.

The Samsung SGH i900 8GB mobile comes with a unique touch screen – the Synaptics 3.2” WQVGA. It has a 240 x 400 pixel resolution, and vibrations and haptics provide users with feedback as they touch the screen display.

You can effortlessly navigate through the Touch Wiz UI by just dragging, dropping, sweeping and tapping on the screen. When you tilt the display it rotates with the help of the accelerometer.

As opposed to the normal D-Pad, the i900 comes with a trackpad which is highly touch- sensitive. Features include a built in 5.0 megapixel auto-focus camera which is also capable of detecting smile and facial expressions, features an image stabilizer and can take auto-panorama shots.

The Samsung SGH i900 8GB measures 112 x 56.9 x 12.5mm, and is equipped with a 1440 mAh battery. With the Opera 9.5 browser and various other attractive features, this device is sure to be good value for your money. A truckload of features at a competitive price is a good enough combination to make this a popular mobile.
